As a young writer, I have found great joy in both creating fascinating stories and appealing texts for the pleasure of the readers. It is probably true that I lack formal experience, but my mind is not confined, and I will keep improving with the zeal of increasing my grasp of different genres and styles. As a natural wordsmith who can turn meanings into narratives that touch people’s hearts, I see literature as an outlet for self-development and enrichment of my mind.


About my desire to excel and be great in the customer service industry, I possess a great sense of positive attitude, strong communication skills and eagerness to learn everything to every interaction. Despite being new to the position, I will still, no doubt, play my part to make sure that the inquiries are settled within the stipulated time, and also, I will ensure the provision of best services in all the customer contact points. It is my sympathetic nature and conscientiousness that forms the clout of my services in any operational team.


As a project manager, aiming for professional excellence, I have strong attention to detail, am highly organized and enjoy managing people in order to bring success to a team. Compared to my limited involvement in project management, I am excited about the ability of my problem-solving habits and of my collaborative nature to facilitate the process of execution and attain targets promptly. Convinced that being proactive and having the determination to keep on improving will substantially help me professionally, I am prepared to tackle the demanding aspects while rejoicing at the opportunities which may lay ahead.
