Employment Background:
I started as a Customer Service Representative for an Australian Telco Telstra for 10 months. Dealt with customers with billing concerns.
After a year, I became a Client Care Representative for an Australian Bank Westpac Banking Corporation. My employment lasted for almost two years. My main responsibility was to deliver status updates to brokers regarding their home loan application from submission to settlement.
After my stay with Westpac, I joined Australian Credit and Finance which I enjoyed working for very much as I dealt with professional brokers who aim to assist clients with purchasing and refinancing their mortgage. I worked as a broker assistant for a year and 9 months.
After a long break from work, I became a
customer Service Representative for an Australian Insurance NRMA. I only attended training, I left a week before the nesting period. It is when you graduate from the training class and starts taking in calls for an hour or two. I left NRMA to be part of Broker Squared Pty Ltd.
I was a Loan Processor with Broker Squared. I had a chance to learn
Data Entry using podium and Apply Online. I was still learning and loving my new role when unfortunately, we were forced to leave because of the pandemic. Broker Squared pulled out from KMC and we were left jobless. It was sad but we understood why the owner had to let us go.
