Real Estate Data Manager with 5+ years of experience supporting U.S. investment teams remotely. My core specialty is pulling distressed property lists from county public records (probate, tax delinquent, sheriff sale, eviction, code violation, fire damaged), cleaning and structuring the data in Google Sheets, skip tracing, verifying contact info through Trestle, and uploading fully tagged and sequenced leads into REISift CRM.
