Profile Description

During my College years, I worked as a student assistant in our school under Purchasing Department and during my internship in an Auto parts manufacturer which allows me to be familiarize in purchasing process and tasks such as getting the purchase requests, communicate with the potential suppliers, getting involve to whom we will purchase the items, creating Purchase order and assuring that the needed items where delivered on time.

After I graduated, I got a chance to be part of a global building materials company which allows me to work with Sales and Marketing team in the Philippines. I manage the Marketing budget and I'm the one who process some request for promotional and marketing collaterals. I also got an opportunity to be part of our Regional company that was based in Australia. I've been a Sales and Marketing administrator, My key responsibilities are to manage the day to day partner program activity web platform and work closely with marketing and sales team to ensure activity fulfilment is completed in timely manner, Process all invoice that is related to those partner program through SAP, Run daily reports when needed, ensures all Data from the system is up to date.

During Pandemic, I also worked as a Quality Control staff in a logistics company, which I monitor all shipping parcels and run Daily reports, for dispute and answer some inquiries of the other region.
