I have a vast experience in providing support to clients and customers as I'be handled projects which assists customers inquiries and needs over email. One of the most recent project was for an analytical lab in California in the semiconductor industry. My task is to follow-up on requirements for the test, checking on POs, turnaround time and closing out jobs upon the release of reports.

I am also proficient at phone support as whenever customer calls in to inquire about different test methods, status of their reuqest or PO availability and many more. I also reach to customer via phone call to discuss about future analysis plans, check on the details of shipping and issues on samples submitted and many things. These are some of the daily tasks I do to ensure a smoother operation for our lab team.

As part of the account managers team, I also handle quotation and sales. What we do as a team is handle new companies that want to do analysis in any of our analytical sites. We get them set up with us, we collect important dicuments and information and provide them with quotation for a specific analysis requirements and secure PO to cover the test/s. The PO is needed to start the analysis and also before releasing of result.

In my career as a corporate employee, I'vd handled several management positions. I became a team leader, account manager for several teams. This opportunities molded me to become a teamplayer and effective manager. These past experiences provided me enough management knowledge and experience to become an effective lead in future available position.
