Profile Description

I worked in a call center industry for the last 11 years for foreign banks. I have extensive experience in taking inbound and making outbound collections calls. I can also manage, maintain and oversee emails and other communications between business owner and clients. If you are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills both written and verbal, can provide a positive customer experience, can always look for optimal solutions for customers and gets the job done efficiently, then I am the one you are looking for.
I am also an Inside Sales Associate for real estate who is knowledgeable in cold calling, and appointment setting. I can carry a good conversation and know how to overcome objections. With over a decade  in doing outbound calls I have developed my skills in persuading people on the phone. My skills and experience will definitely help your business to grow further.
