I have worked in several BPO companies here in the Philippines. I am a highly motivated worker that is why I got promoted several times. I started working when I was 24 years old in Teletech Philippines as Technical Support Representative for T-Mobile US. I was an agent for 8 months and then I was promoted as a Senior Customer Representative then I got promoted after 4 months as a Assistant Team Leader for a chat support for the same account. I also worked as a Technical Support for a satellite TV service DISH network after 6 months I got promoted as a Customer Retention Representative I handled customers that are cancelling their service. Then I got promoted as a QA specialist. As a QA specialist I audit and monitor to ensure that the policies and procedures are being met. I hope I get considered for this position. I can start ASAP.
