Customer service orientation: I am expert in explaining processes and ensuring customer understanding of resolutions provided in a timely manner.

Strong communication skills: I send a significant number of emails and make outbound calls on a daily basis and have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to details: Running inventory reports, retrieving customer files, and placing orders require a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy which is what I am good at.

Organization and time management: Scheduling clients , making phone calls to hotels, airlines and markets to confirm, re-book, and manage special requests is what I used to do.

Problem-solving: Validating and processing invoice disputes and providing pricing quotations.

I have knowledge in Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva, Google Products and other administrative tools. I'm also a team player. I can work with minimal supervision and a fast learner. I'm very dedicated and focused in everything that I do to provide an excellent quality service.
