Profile Description

I support business owners with both the creative and operational side of their businesses.

Over the past few years, I’ve worked with U.S.-based companies in wellness, beauty, apparel, and service industries. I create social media content and reels, build and update websites on Wix and Shopify, manage online stores, set up modules or digital products, handle email marketing, and keep CRM systems organized.

I’ve also supported B2B outreach and sales efforts, including following up with leads, scheduling consultations, and communicating directly with clients and decision-makers. My background in BPO helped me develop strong communication skills, especially when handling high-volume calls, follow-ups, and customer concerns.

I’m organized, responsive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks without losing track of details. I learn systems quickly, work well with minimal supervision, and take ownership of the tasks assigned to me.

Bachelor of Science in English graduate, currently working with U.S. clients and available during U.S. business hours.
