I have worked in a BPO industry since 2008. At first I was a Technical support, Customer support and a Chat support for a famous telco company in the United States. Then I work for as a Billing support in a company that has an account for a famous satellite radio company in the US. Then I left the BPO industry to work as a freelance business man ( Networking ). When I came back to the BPO industry I was able to work as a Telemarketer, appointment setter, Sales agent and Email Support. Then I finally got a job an email customer support (home-base)
