As an Account Manager I play a critical role in ensuring project alignment, quality control, and efficient task management. This position involves close interaction with other contractors and a deep involvement in the internal management of client projects. I enforce the development of strategic initiatives and revenue-related operations.

Contractor Management:
-Directly oversee the work of contractors, ensuring that their contributions align with project goals and quality standards.
-Actively engage with and can manage a network of contractors and evaluate contractor performance, providing feedback and guidance to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with project objectives.

Task Management:
-Translate asynchronous communications from Clients and supervisors (videos, records, notes) into comprehensive, detailed task lists.
-Maintain clear and direct communication with contractors, providing them with precise scopes of work and expectations.

Relationship Building:
-Develop and maintain strong, direct relationships with contractors, positioning myself as their main contact point within the organization.
-Build trust and rapport with contractors, facilitating open communication and efficient collaboration.

Strategic Project Involvement:
-Take ownership of the internal management and execution of client work, ensuring seamless project progression and high-quality outcomes.
