* Technical Support - I'm a little tech savvy and have knowledge in Operating Systems such as Microsoft and macOS. I also have knowledge and skill in troubleshooting smartphones especially iOS devices. I have worked with different ticketing software and can get myself easily familiar with the tools.
* Leadership Skills - my achievements as a Team Leader can speak for the kind of leader I am. I have led and helped a team maintain its number 1 ranking for 7 consecutive months. My expertise, knowledge on the product, analytical and interpersonal skills have given me the edge over the others.
