Profile Description

I have 8 years working experience as a portfolio manager, financial services collector, customer service agent, and currently as a client service representative that was able to provide efficient, quality and effective customer service to various outsourcing companies. My experience in a high-pressured environment have taught me to pay attention to details, resilience and flexibility handling different customers and clients from different backgrounds. I have also worked in hospitality industry where I have been a cashier and did admin tasks, and as a sales representative in a department store where we manage to do marketing, sales, inventories and address customer service needs.

I am skilled in communicating with different customers and clients, doing live chat, administrative and email tasks, research, skip tracing, collections, inbound and outbound calls and providing appropriate responses. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Internet Research, extensive practical knowledge of all the prominent call center operations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
