In Real Estate, I worked with Ylopo, checking buyers’ accounts, creating property listings, and sending notifications using FollowupBoss to inform them about available properties that matched their preferences.

In my most recent role as an Executive Admin Assistant, I managed guest bookings and reservations on platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and Dialpad. I created and managed guest contracts using DocuSign, generated access codes with apps like Ring and Schlage, and responded to guest concerns. I also coordinated housekeeping schedules and property maintenance, monitored CCTV for compliance, and processed invoices through PayPal.
