Profile Description

I've been with BPO for 13 years now. I had experience catering to different types of calls. I was part of a supervisory position that takes supervisor calls. I've been part of the training team that ensures all agents are equipped with knowledge before they take calls. I have experience as a Virtual Assistant for a real estate
company in Australia my main role is to notify tenants of arrears and process lease agreements. I have experience with lead generation as well for a solar company based in the US, I generate leads for the sales team by getting prospects Name, Address and phone number, enter all data in Excel and forward it to the Sales Team
