Profile Description

As API Integration Engineer, API support Dev: 

Assisting clients and other developers to integrate the company's API to be part of their system which ever programming or scripting language of their choice. Providing solution if the client got stuck with the API integration. Do tests in Postman and Advance Rest Client if there are any issues. Providing the correct API calls and suggesting algorithms to the clients. 


As a Technical Support Specialist:

I am handling calls , emails , chat and web tickets. Doing troubleshooting steps with regards to software and hardware computer issues, accessing user's compute or laptop Upgrade to see actual infostalling application to their machines , unlocking and resetting account on Active Upgrade to see actual infoaling with server and database issues , printer and networks and sometimes office phones (desk and softphone) . Fixing Remote desktops or virtual machine such as Daas , VDI (VMware) and Citrix . Handling requests tickets and if issue is out of scope transferring ticket to the appropriate resolver .
As a Automation Developer :

Been a part of the automation development team , who create and develop web and software applications for the account using programming and scripting languages and using ScruUpgrade to see actual infothodology.
Freelance Software Developer:
Developing application (software and web) depending on the project and the client's Upgrade to see actual info could be a web based or stand alone , most of my projects are for students or a capstone/thesis project or a special project for their course.

OTHER:

freelance Video and photo editor :
same with freelance software developer , doing projects as well with regards to photo and video editing depending on what client wants and required .
