I'm engaged in the call center and business process outsourcing for 10 years now. I'm responsible for training new hire agents and developing and monitoring skills for a certain account. I create content presentation for the program which is being used across countries.
I love being able to help not just agents but most especially customers with their problems, and I always look forward to the opportunity to assist a customer who may be upset.
I am a great communicator. I can present my ideas well in-person, in writing and through social media. I've worked hard to sharpen those skills because I feel that the value of a great idea is lost if I can't present it in a way that others can understand.
I am a team player. There is no room for a "me first" attitude in the workplace and we all have to work together in order to meet objective. I also make sure to complete a certain project before the deadline.
