Profile Description

I am a PHRN and USRN. I have 1 year experience in clinical setting and  worked as an Insurance coordinator, team leader, medical biller, and customer service representative for almost 11 years in Dubai. I handled insurance claims and I have knowledge in medical coding. I verify insurance coverage through telephone calls to the insurance company or by sending emails. I managed to send pre authorizations, justification of denial claims, and collaborating with healthcare professional to send appeals to denied claims. I have been a telephone operator that answers clients' queries. I also do setting appointments for clients to see their doctor and do confirmation prior to the consultation date. I make necessary data entry into the Hospital Information System.

As the leader of my department, I used to monitor any changes in our daily report. I have also developed and established relationships with other departments and with our clients. I managed the monthly inventory of our facility using Microsoft Excel. I do PowerPoint presentations in our monthly meetings. I meet my subordinates individually to assess and plan their goals and to achieve a good performance in their job.
