Profile Description

I am an information technology and education graduate with years of experience working as a call center agent and virtual assistant. I have been trained and gained considerable amount of experience in areas like customer service, E-bay listing, phone support, search engine optimization, email handling, email support, internet marketing, administrative and office tasks, lead generation, social syndication, link building, keyword research, data entry, social media management, LinkedIn marketing, sales, circle prospecting and appointment setting. In addition, I also worked as a team leader for a real estate company doing tasks that involved running a team of 25, evaluating nurture calls, as well as training new hires.
  
English is my second language and for years it has been my primary medium of communication at work. I am very familiar with different social media platforms. as well as various Google and Microsoft tools. Additionally, I have used various marketing tools like Lead Kahuna and CRM Kahuna as well as various SEO tools like Money Robot, Ryte, Similar Web, Google Analytics, Google Search Console,  Semrush, Majestic and Moz. I have practically mastered some of the major real estate lead generation tools like Five9, Mojo, Ring Central, CINC, Net2Phone, Livevox, and Brivity.
 
I am self starter and a  fast learner at the same time. I enjoy exploring new places and breaking new grounds.
