Profile Description

I'm in the Sales industry for more than a decade, handling both B2B and B2C campaigns.

In total, I have more than 10 years of experience in Telemarketing Sales and 3 years of experience in Customer Service. I've handled Telemarketing Sales for Google Ads, Telco companies in Australia and NZ, VOIP Companies in the United States, online listings, and more. 

My recent role as a Business Development Representative for an IT company is to schedule a demo with one of our product specialists and offer our all-in-one PSA and RMM software for MSP companies.

I also worked with Teletech as Google Ads Specialist for four years. I am responsible to check clients' Ad, optimizing their campaign, providing recommendations, and feedback, and making sure that the Ad is performing based on their goal.

I also worked for 3 years as a US Payroll and Tax associate at ADP. I am tasked to process payroll and attend to clients' inquiries about their pay and any tax-related concerns. 

I am willing to be trained, can work with less to no supervision, detailed oriented, can manage time wisely, am result-oriented, and am much welcome to gain more skills in any field of work.
