Profile Description

I've worked as a quality assurance analyst who keeps track of the agent's daily performance to ensure they follow guidelines and procedures while offering the finest customer service. The constant engagement and communication with the agents with uplifting feedback and guidance on how they can do better on the call, email, or chat they were assigned.

I interacted with a variety of customers in the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK, as well as product support staff on the front lines. I have many years of experience working as a technical support and customer care specialist. I can complete paperwork on schedule and handle office-related responsibilities. I have no trouble typing and entering data. I do have access to the Internet, and I know how to use Google Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
