RECRUITMENT
• Coordinates with various department heads for manpower request
• Conducts sourcing and screening initial interview
• Endorses new hires to requisitioning division
• Submits all pertinent data of newly hired employee to be included in the database system
• Ensures 201 files are intact and well maintained
• Assists with the processing of employee membership in the government entities such as SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, and BIR
• Administers New Employees Orientation
EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
• Manages timekeeping and processes employee payroll accurately and on time
• Utilizes HR tools such as HRiS and Payruler for payroll and employee data management
• Facilitates processing of PAG-IBIG (HDMF) MPL, housing loans
• Handles SSS sickness and maternity benefits
• Prepares and submits PhilHealth documents including MDR, PMRF, ER1, ER2, RF1, CF1
• Computes monthly contribution for SSS, PAG IBIG, and Philhealth
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
• Drafts employee contracts and company memorandums
• Prepares Certificate of Employment to employees upon request
• Creates employee waiver and quitclaims
• Oversees the release of final pay, last pay checks and bonuses
• Handled employee disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and due
• Processes the company’s DOLE Rule 1020 registration
• Coordinates and facilitates company-mandated trainings and seminars, such as Basic Life Support (BLS) and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs
