Hi, My Name is Upgrade to see actual info. I have 7 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant focusing on the E-Commerce industry. I have experience in handling a Website store such as on eBay, Catch of the day, Etsy, and the clients website itself.

I am proficient in Product Listing, Bulk Listing, Processing or Fulfillment Orders, Refunds, Replacement, Tracking Orders, Communicating with different suppliers and carriers, Updating Stocks, and Customer Service Support through email, chat and live chat. I am also willing to learn in any different types of tasks. I am a quick learner, I can easily master the task and platform when I am taught. 
I am also proficient in Merchandising, I have experience working in Retail fashion inclined. I manage day to day site search/merchandising to best present products, offers and promotions. 

I am also eager excited and willing to be trained in different positions because I always want to expand my knowledge and skills. I believe in myself that I am a quick learner, and I can easily master a task once I have been trained and taught.

Magento2, Neto, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, Etsy, Fresh Desk, Zendesk, Gorgias, eBay, eBay API, Monday Board, Trello, Slack, Outlook, Excel, and Netsuite.
