Profile Description

I have past experience handling both Amazon,Walmart and Ebay dropshipping stores for almost 5 years. My tasks included sourcing products from different suppliers such as Home Depot, Sam's Club, Bed Bath and Beyond, and other online retailer websites. Additionally, I updated tracking information of orders, processed orders from different suppliers, and provided customer service by sending emails to our customers.
I have also experience with Amazon FBA, Amazon Wholesale, and Amazon UK sourcing from legitimate suppliers for almost 3 years. I manually searched for products through title search, using storefront stalking strategy and sometimes performed reverse research, using different tools like Keepa, Seller AMP SAS, Revseller,Helium 10 and FBA Calculator to identify salable items with the highest estimated monthly sales, win the buy box, and ensure they were not meltable, a private label, or hazmat.I am proficient in manual research methods that involve thorough product research using a variety of sources.
 In doing product research, I used to source items from different vendors in the US depending on the target marketplace my client wanted to sell the products. For example, if the marketplace is Amazon, the usual suppliers we used to source products are Walmart, Homedepot, Samsclub, Zoro, and a lot more. While if the marketplace is Walmart it is the opposite, we sell in Walmart and we usually source products in amazon and suppliers like Homedepot and other suppliers I mentioned earlier. 
I have also experienced Customer Service non voice only. What I have been doing is sending emails to our customers using Gorgias and Zendesk for almost 3 years.We have replied to customers' concerns through those Upgrade to see actual infoually, I can answer more than 50 tickets a day. I also answer live chats in Gorgias and before answering the tickets I made sure that I check their orders carefully in Shopify.
