Shopify Product Lister/Chat Support/Basic Web Development

-Upload products and list them to different marketplaces. -Maintain stocks and make sure products don't have listing issues. -Doing afters sales service by responding to customers through email.

Assisting customers with any issues with their orders such as missing items, incorrect charge amount, product inquiries.

I was in a fast-paced Chat Support BPO company handling 2 - 3 active customers at the same time while maintaining KPIs.

I edit videos using Capcut. Specifically, I made training videos using ChatGPT responses and Deepgram.

I was preparing daily reports and submitting them to my Operations Manager when I was a Team Leader in a BPO company.

Handled a team ranging from 15-20 agents in a BPO company. My Responsibilities were to maintain KPIs, promote agent growth, and instill collaboration within the team.

I study Web Development as a hobby (bought a course on Udemy and halfway through it) and hopefully to make this as my full-time job and study more stacks such as React, Angular, then slowly move to backend through Python, Java, and PHP. Hopefully as well, I'll be able to dwelve into AI and Machine Learning, but that's for another story. Though this is marked only as 3 stars, I understand coding syntax, used VS Code, had my own website before up and running on Hostgator, and used Wordpress plugins to optimize my website. I'm also willing to work with no pay for half a year if it involves Web Development and continuous growth and learning into Web/App Development :) My skills are only HTML, CSS, and Javascript but proficient on those 3. And if you hire me, I will always learn everyday :)
