Profile Description

I have 3 years of experience as a customer service agent, virtual assistant, and technical support. In my previous work, we managed to help clients, by providing solutions to their concerns. Being in a telco account is not easy, I was able to handle different kinds of clients and it helped me be more patient, and understanding especially to empathize with them. That was a learning experience for me. I also work as a billing specialist in Telus where I learned to do multi-tasking, and problem-solving. We process the Billing Adjustment requests. In my role as a customer service representative, I was privileged to be a top performer; being able to receive positive feedback and surveys, handle detractors' queues-providing answers and solutions to their concerns and needs; serve as technical support, and strengthened it with statistics. I was trained in three different fields which are technical support, virtual assistant, and customer service which enabled me to handle people and situations professionally. I also worked as a medical customer service representative wherein I am assisting our patients regarding their covid vaccine after that I became the lead generator and sell different test kits to different pharmacies. I worked as Medical Customer Service Representative I was the one who is processing claims and billing of the customer. I handled OBAMA CARE.
