I have 3 years of experience as a customer service agent, virtual assistant, and technical support. In my previous work, we managed to help clients, by providing solutions to their concerns. Being in a telco account is not easy, I was able to handle different kinds of clients and it helped me be more patient, and understanding especially to empathize with them. I also worked as a medical customer service representative wherein I am assisting our patients regarding their covid vaccine after that I became the lead generator and sell different test kits to different pharmacies. I worked as Medical Customer Service Representative I was the one who is processing claims and billing of the customer. I handled OBAMA CARE.
