I also worked as an Amazon FBA Seller Support for Amazon Account which specializes in answering cases via email, chat and phone to help the sellers under the FBA service for several months. This job helped me determine different issues and concerns about the website from the Upgrade to see actual info also provides knowledge about the website and how to manage an account of a seller on the seller central website.
I am also an Amazon Storefront Manager (FBA Brand) for over a year
(FBA Inventory, Seller Central Dashboard, Product Lister)
I also worked as a Web Content Contributor for 3 months
I want a job that will enable me to use my abilities and skills.
I have worked in a BPO Industry for quite some time as a Customer Service Representative. This enables me to experience handling customers with different cultures from around the globe.
I am also good at web and internet researching, information and data gathering, data mining, data entry and data processing. I am also good at using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Drive Expert.
I also have an experience on YouTube, blog, article commenting and in doing business reviews too. I also have an experience being an audio transcriptionist.
I used to be a virtual assistant too for over a year.
