Profile Description

I started working at an early age. i must say, the level of professionalism i have in me is far more than what is expected from a certain individual. I am also not your typical employee, becaus i love challenges. I like to learn new things everyday as I am a firm believer that learning is a continous and never ending process.

I am always eager to work with people, a team player that loves to contribute growth and development to each individual as well as the institution I work with.
I started my BPO career in 2008. I was a Technical Support Representative and handles Customer Care too. after 7 years, I've dUpgrade to see actual info to give my contact center career a break after I gave birth to my 2nd child. Given with my experience, I am confident that my communication skill is very satisfactory. I am also knowledgeable on MS office and other basic  computer usage and functionality. I had my first VA job in 2017. As a newbie, I didn't know what to expect and how to deal with a work from home environment . So, I took the liberty of attending a boot camp and gained more knowledge about the VA field. I underwent an intensive 88-hour training to level-up my knowledge and skills.

I was first employed as a ghostwriter of articles for a Canadian Travel Agency wherein I learned to work with basic SEO and Wordpress. I have also worked as a Researcher and Data encoder for an Australian Agricultural website. I had a chance to also worked as an E-commerce General VA for different platforms such as Amazon's Merch, Kindle, and Createspace. As we went along, our projects expanded utilizing Teespring, Teepublic and Redbubble platforms wherein I learned basic Photoshop and other VA skills.  I also had a crash-course for product listing.  I was also given a chance to get on-board for a QA post.

Though my Virtual Assistant career was cut short due to some very personal matters i had to prioritize. I am also very aware that I am still far from being a master of this craft, but I am very confident that I am as competitive as the veterans out there.

In connection to that, I am now looking for a stable and long-term job that would both promote career growth and help you, my future employer build the business. I believe I have the skills and knowledge. With proper orientation regarding the specifics of work, it's not impossible to learn and be able to perform well as long as you put your heart into what you're doing.I am your ALL AROUND, ROCKSTAR VA.
