I am a licensed veterinarian by profession, but has been in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry for the last 15 years providing back-end support for banks. For the last 15 years I performed Financial functions (monitoring profit and loss), accounting (payroll processes), HR (training and orientation of new employees), Recruitment functions (interview and perform a basic psych examination), Trainer (orient and train employees of new systems implemented) and also performs marketing campaign.
