I have been working as a CSR for 14 years for phone, email and chat support, as a Virtual Assistant for 4 years and counting. I have experience on multiple fields from order tracking for a textile company, CSR for a well-known telecommunications company in Canada, US, Australia and UK, as technical support for a world-recognized brand of networking devices, did cold calling for various fields from loan application to security cameras.
