I have worked with clients (US/ AU/UK / CA) for more than 10 years. Customer Service agent to Team Manager in BPO handling different sales accounts IB, OB, Email/ Chat campaigns (Individual and Businesses). And due to pandemic and the risks of working outside, I have pursued becoming a freelancer where I’ve experienced becoming a Virtual Assistant/ Personal Assistant, Social Media Manager, Cold Caller/ ISA, Lead Acquisitions and Appointment Setter for Real Estate. I’ve used different tools as an experienced freelancer such as Gsheets, Gdocs, Upgrade to see actual infolling tools such as Mojo, Ring Central, Dialpad, Calltools, Vanilla Soft. Texting/ Chatting platforms such as Lead Sherpa, Happy Fox, Upgrade to see actual info, CallAction and Click send. CRM’s like Podio, Pipedrive, Follow up Boss, Freedom Logic, Propstream, Go High Level, etc. With these experiences I know I could bring something to the table. I am a fast learner and can work with minimal to no supervision.
