For the past 5 years, I've been helping founders and CEOs grow and manage their e-commerce businesses. My experience goes beyond being a general virtual assistant, I specialize in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and logistics, administrative support, customer service, lead generation, and team leadership.

One of my proudest achievements is being promoted to Team Leader in both companies where I worked long-term. I earned those promotions by consistently delivering results, taking ownership of my responsibilities, and helping improve day-to-day operations. In my most recent role, I supervised a remote team while managing fulfillment across Shopify, Faire, FashionGo, and Etsy. I coordinated inventory, processed orders, created shipping labels through FedEx, UPS, and USPS, handled customer inquiries, trained new hires, and worked directly with the founder to keep operations running smoothly.

I also have over 3 years of experience in Instagram sales and engagement, where I generated leads, interacted with potential customers, collaborated with influencers, and contributed to increasing sales. My background includes using CRMs such as Salesforce and FX5, along with Google Workspace, Slack, Dialpad, Zoom, and other tools commonly used by remote teams.

I thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Throughout my career, I've supported founders who regularly introduced new products, systems, and processes, so I'm comfortable learning new tools and adjusting to new workflows without missing a beat.
