I have several years of solid work experience. I am an experienced Team Leader with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and with great problem solving skills.
I have extensive experience working in call centers and business process outsourcing companies. These made me very aware and fit in doing tasks remotely, with time frame to follow and communication every single time. I am experienced in email-handling, phone-handling, customer service tasks in different medium, order processing billing and payroll. I can guarantee you that I am excellent in doing such responsibilities and will be excellent as well in the position I am applying for.
