I am currently a Corporate Resolutions Manager for the Home depot Protection plan offered by Asurion. My role is to handle corporate escalations directly coming from the client (The Home Depot). All store complaints, CEO complaints, social media escalation, BBB complaints are sent to me and It is my role to review and provide a resolution in a timely manner. This is mostly an outbound task, I reach out to customers representing the corporate office.
