For the past year, I've channeled my passion for precision and attention to detail into the realm of Xactimate drafting and estimating. I specialize in re-writing estimates, reworking line items, as well as creating 2D and 3D floor and roof plans. These plans can be developed from various sources, including hand-drawn sketches, photos, Matterport, Guide, PDFs, architectural plans, DocuSketch, and other 3D scans. Additionally, I excel at generating comprehensive roof reports.
