My expertise includes re-writing estimates, refining line items, adding supplements, and creating precise 2D and 3D floor and roof plans from hand-drawn sketches, photos, architectural drawings, DocuSketch, and other 3D scans. I estimate damages for properties affected by fire, flood, mold, and water mitigation, as well as renovation and rebuild projects. I also provide comprehensive roof reports to support roofing contractors and adjusters.
