I have 2 years in total of experience as a Customer Service Representative and 6 months of experience as an Appointment Setter in Real Estate Investor and 3yrs up to the present as a  Senior Lead Generation Specialist in a Real Estate Company. I have taken an online training course as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant and this online course covered Real Estate Investing Basics, Real Estate tasks, Broker Price Opinion (BPO), and Real Estate Lead Generation, and did a lot of research,  I have knowledge in Skip Tracing,  Email Management, Social Media Management, Data Entry, Internet Research, sorting data using excel, I am good at interpersonal communication skills, I am familiar with Excel, Google Sheets, MS Docs, and  Canva, I organized Gmail inbox by sorting out important emails, creating filters, and applying appropriate labels.  I have excellent Customer Service and English Communication skills. I handled outbound and inbound calls, cold-called answered customer inquiries, and resolved issues.  I will work self-directed and figure things out whenever possible, motivated to learn new things. I want a long-term job, a willingness to learn more to improve my career, and where I can help to do the tasks.
