I'm Veron, an AI Automation Engineer with 6+ years building chatbots and automation systems, both inside an enterprise AI company and directly for international clients. I work across the full range, from fast no-code chatbots to fully custom-coded assistants with their own backend, so you get the right tool for your budget instead of being oversold on either end.

What I can help you with:

I build chatbots and AI assistants from scratch, but I also work with whatever you already have:
- Lead-capture, qualification, and customer-support bots for your website with a clean handoff to a human when needed
- Fixing, improving, or rebuilding an existing bot that gives wrong answers, misses leads, or frustrates your customers
- Connecting and automating the tools you already use through APIs and webhooks, with or without a chatbot involved
- Custom backend logic, web scrapers, and data pipelines that keep everything synced with your live data, like inventory, listings, or pricing
- Notion knowledge bases and lead databases your team can manage without a developer
- Ongoing support, evaluation, and tuning after your bot or automation goes live

How I work: I communicate clearly in English, document everything I build so you are never locked in, and I can take a project from scoping to deployment without hand-holding. I would rather under-promise and ship something that works than oversell.
