I am a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both technical and customer support roles. After earning my degree in Marketing, I worked in public relations and customer support. Although I initially had no background in computers or IT, my curiosity drove me to pursue knowledge in this field.
I did a lot of self-study and research about computers and technology, which ultimately led to a position at Hewlett-Packard as IT Support for Procter & Gamble. Following my time at HP, I worked as a web consultant and was promoted to team leader at a website design company. I then returned to my passion for IT support and joined Atos IT Solutions, providing assistance to Coca-Cola. Additionally, I explored online sales for a period after my office career.
Currently, I am seeking new employment opportunities as my business is not performing well. I hope that prospective employers recognize my potential. I genuinely enjoy interacting with and helping people, whether it’s over the phone or via chat. It is fulfilling to know that I can assist someone on the other end of the line.
