*Email customers with distinct documents and details for their upcoming cargo to arrive. • Handles HAWB Pre-alert and PSF for countries India, China, Taiwan, Japan and Thailand. • Ad hoc tasks for countries Singapore, Vietnam, New Zealand, Indonesia, Philippines, and Malaysia. • Send also daily reports to China for our counterpart documentation. • Train and assist new teammates for our daily routine.
