I am highly familiar with underwriting metrics such as average daily balance (ADB), monthly revenue consistency, seasonality, and payment history.
I am detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments with high deal volume. I can also assist with borrower communication, document collection, and condition clearing.
