Profile Description

For data entry deals with assurance to pick up critical errors for the data and assure for the quality assurance that all data has been kept in real-time to submit.
For CSR/TSR responsible to handle customers with the right protocol of the company, troubleshoot without any critical errors, inform the customer how to set it up in future problems and assurance for all the information is kept for the security of the Upgrade to see actual infon handle techical troubleshoot software, windows update, and multi-user set-up for software accounts. Handle different types of inquiries for billing, emails, subscription, tracking for orders that have been shipped for the customers and verify on their account.
