After almost a decade working in various government agencies here in the Philippines in charge primarily of legal work, participates in the procurement process, and doing administrative roles, I’ve d ---------- to move my career virtually.

My experience in the legal field had taught me to have sharpness for details and eloquence for different viewpoints in order to bring about discerning ideas and perspectives. As such, I am here to share with you my skills in case handling, drafting pleadings and contracts as well as legal brief preparation and legal research.

My previous work experience at the Regional Health Office as Legal Assistant II in charge of handling hospital and other health facility complaints including infractions committed by health workers and other medical professionals that resulted either in the death or injury of patients and my previous work experiences honed my skills to provide efficient and effective legal assistance. Also, I resolve complaints and cases involving employees of the office including employees of various hospitals under its supervision. 

For more than a year, I worked as Paralegal in a California-based law firm where I draft business and employment contracts, and demand letters as well as submission of trademark applications with the USPTO and was in charge to respond to all office actions and entity creation in various states across the US. Likewise, I also performed administrative work such as email marketing, calendaring appointments, LinkedIn marketing, and intake for new clients. 

At present, I work as a Litigation Legal Assistant in an award-winning personal injury and medical malpractice law firm in Texas. Here, I draft discovery, depositions, and various court pleadings, prepare medical summaries and coordinate with clients and corroborating counsel. 

After all, I take ownership of the tasks and/or projects entrusted to me and proactively improve and fix my craft because I always make sure that all my works reflect my commitment to do my best in everything I do.
