With overall five years of work experience as a customer service specialist, technical support, and as travel consultant, I have developed strong competencies in technological proficiency, account management, customer services, and the travel industry.

With my experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant at Teleperformance, I assisted corporate companies/clients with their travel needs from creating their itineraries until the end of their trip by providing efficient and personalized solutions that matched their schedules through our assigned web-based booking tool and GDS Sabre tool. Updating clients via email using Salesforce and phone calls are our means of communication. Coordinating with different airlines, hotels, and car rental companies globally following their profile preferences are also some of the required tasks to complete our jobs. I have also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Accenture and as a technical support specialist at Convergys where I handled inbound and outbound calls, resolved customer issues, and supported various technical platforms and upsell products and services that were tailored to their needs.
