I am currently working in an IT Company Called Dreamscape Networks.I am Leading a Team of Sales Verification Specialist.We verify and investigate Sales Transaction through call listening making sure that all sales are Legit. We are using a CRMs tool and Verba for recording.We are using Microsoft office(Excel,Word and Powerpoint) in making and reporting the data found out.I am working directly with the company's managers in order to make sure all the policy is implemented and doing revisions for the policy as well. I am also the one who is creating the Commission Report for all our Sales employee including Monthly SPIFF and Promotional.My history at work was: Customer Support
Specialist for 5 months. Promoted to Quality Assurance Specialist after 6 months was promoted to SVS Supervisor.
I am a technology Literate both Computers and Smartphones, If there is something i do not know i will research for it and apply it to make sure that everything is absorb.I am a hands on person when in comes to learning new things.I worked in a BPO company,in my previous experience from Telco account to Dell Computer as a technical and SME.
