Profile Description

I have more than 5 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative and Technical support representative in the BPO industry. I worked for AT&T (Uverse/Directv/Mobility/Collections), Blue cross and Blue shield Healthcare services and Doordash. I also worked remotely for ClipBoard Health and HelpGrid.

I was trained to handle billing questions and inquiries and technical concerns as well. As a Customer service representative my main objective is to provide customer satisfaction and excellent service to clients. Since the companies I worked for are based in the US, I also worked at US time zone. I am proficient in using tools like CRM, Shopify, Slack, Five9, Aircall, and AVAYA and also knowledgeable in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
