I'm a B2B Sales Account Manager for my client's glass and accessory business. I manage 2000+ accounts and counting, closing six-figure deals every month.
I was an Acquisition Manager of my client's REI business in Ohio. I work closely with our team including Lead, Marketing and Disposition Managers to help create and fine-tune our wholesaling process.
I worked with our Cold caller and Lead Manager to help us qualify sellers. My role was to build great relationship with these sellers and negotiate to our price(based on an offer calculated by our marketing agent) to close deals. I draft purchase agreements for our sellers who accept our offer and soon to be endorsed to our Disposition Manager for closing the deal once signed for closing.
I was also a Sales Consultant for Canada's top-ranked Payment Solution company with strong Technical and Customer Relationship background. I am currently exploring great opportunities as a part-time freelancer in my virtual workplace and more than willing to over-achieve goals for all possible contingencies.
Customer service was my first love before entering the Sales Industry. I have been with Customer service for over 4 years and we all know how difficult to deal with difficult clients but with my capabilities and experience interacting with these type of customers, I am confident that I am fit for any Customer Service Role that would be offered.
