Profile Description

I worked in the BPO Industry for almost eight years. I handled several customer services, technical and sales campaigns in the US and Australia. I have been working from home for seven years now, with expertise in Customer Support (phone, email and chat), Sales and Administrative/Virtual Assistance. I am also knowledgeable in doing web research, data entry and lead generation. I take pride in my strong work ethic and I always give my best in every task. I am a flexible person, quick learner, and I have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
I am proficient in Microsoft and Google applications, Dropbox, CRM's like Streak, Insightly, Zoho, Active Campaign and Upgrade to see actual infomunication applications like Skype and Slack,  Project Management applications like Asana and Trello, Social media handling (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Tiktok), video and image editing software such as Camtasia and Upgrade to see actual infolendar Management Apps like Calendly, Appointmentcore and Google Calendar, other tools like Leadpages and WordPress and Ecommerce tools like Re:amaze, Helpscout, Shopify, ShipStation and Amazon Seller Central.
