Career Highlights
1. International Assignment in Mumbai: I was selected to fly to Mumbai for nearly six months to set up and launch a comprehensive training program for a US Healthcare Insurance client, adapting the training approach to a new market and driving measurable success in employee performance and customer satisfaction.
2. Training Program Launches Across the Philippines: After my time in Mumbai, I successfully replicated the program in a different city in the Philippines, working closely with local teams to ensure consistency in training and operational efficiency.
Technical Support:I worked with customers to resolve technical issues related to home phone, cable TV, and internet services. This role honed my troubleshooting abilities and taught me the value of clear, empathetic communication—a skill I now bring to my training sessions.
3. My Educational Journey: I pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Major in English, where I built foundational knowledge in instructional strategies, communication, and language proficiency. Although I was unable to complete my degree due to personal challenges in my 4th year, the experience was invaluable in shaping my teaching approach and determination to succeed.
