As a passionate hardworking person, I am very excited to see an opportunity available in your company. I have been with a few different industries and I can say that I have learned and gathered a lot of skills and knowledge that I am very proud to use and share with whom I’ll be working with in the future.



I have an extensive experience with a call center industry wherein not only I was able to enhance my calling and communication skills but also with my data entry skills, I have handled two different accounts in 2 different company for my 1-year call center experience. The 1st account was a payroll account wherein we sell our software to help business owners with their accounting and payroll as well as with filing their taxes with IRS in the USA, apart from these I also assisted customers in installing, updating and navigating the software to get them familiar and updated. As for my 2nd account I handled an ecommerce account wherein they sell different kind of beauty products online on their website, what I do there is make sure that the customers get their issues/problems resolved and assure them that we are doing our best to serve them. Apart from assisting them thru call I have also handled email set up with this account and that I have manage to learn refund and reshipping process on this specific account.



Apart from my call center industry experience I also had an experience working abroad in UAE for 3 years as a Business Coordinator, the company is called Bistel Electronics Trading LLC they handle distributorship of a headset brand called Sennheiser it is a solution for call centers and offices. What I do for the company is make sure everything is in place inside the office like, stocks, office equipment’s, files, orders, deliveries, employee schedule, invoicing, accounting, vendor and supplier management. Those are only a few of what I do basically I am there to assist the day to day tasks and appointments of both owner as well as the general manager and make sure that employees like me specially the sales people do what they need to do, I also do lead generation and forward the details to our sales people and let them get the business.



I am a dedicated and friendly person who works hard and pays attention to every detail. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others.
