i started my career as a customer service rep for west contact services. i handled inbound calls for home tv shopping and citibank. then i was acquired by dell international services in 2006. this is where i got all my technical skills. i handled calls for US based consumers. fixing their technical issues through remote assistance. we also do walk through or how to's for the users.
